The Shipment Certificate of Conformity is used to facilitate customs clearance and ensure that the imported goods meet the required quality and safety standards. It also helps protect the consumers in the importing country from substandard or unsafe products.

To obtain Saudi Saber Product Certificate of Conformity (PCoC) in compliance with Saudi technical regulations and standards, importers or manufacturers must provide a technical file containing specific documents and test reports to ensure their products meet the required criteria. The technical file should include the following:

■ Saber platform application.
■ Risk assessment reports.
■ Test report from accredited/approved laboratory.
■ Product and labeling photos.
■ Importer Declaration of Conformity.

Saudi Saber PCoC - Product Certificate of Conformity validity is 1 year from the issuance date.

To obtain Saudi Saber Shipment Certificate of Conformity (SCoC), you require the following:

■ Saber platform application.

Saudi Saber SCoC - Shipment Certificate of Conformity validity is single time usage with the concerned shipment invoice.
