SASO updated products require declaration for SC application

"Therefore, all entities will not issue approval for shipment certificates for the products via the electronic Saber platform, starting from September 15,2025

unless the declaration is submitted by the importer, approved by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, and included as an attachment to the technical file of the issued certificates.

Please note that the Authority will continue to withdraw random samples of shipment certificates issued through the system and verify the existence of the approved declaration for the newly added products.

We therefore hope that all entities will adhere to this, and the Authority will take the necessary legal action against entities that violate the text of this circular"
